Obtaining a minotaur horn from a live beast is no easy task. However if this is accomplished, the possessor of the horn needs only blow into the horn to hear a low gutteral tone. Upon hearing this sound the minotaur will be subdued and will serve the horn bearer as his master. This will only work on the beast from which the horn was taken. However if the minotaur ever finds the horn alone or is given back his horn he will gain control once again. This type of minotaur is most dangerous and ferocious and will often be found to take tokens of victory from his opponents. Minoutaurs will never subjugate their own kind in this way as this weakness is seen as a great shame to the race.
